Sri Radha Raman Temple
Gopal Bhatta Goswami established this temple. The Deity of Sri Radha-Raman was manifested from one of Gopal Bhatta Goswami’s shalagram-shilas on the full moon day of Vaisakha (April/ May) in 1542. This event is celebrated every year (May) by bathing the Deity with 1000 liters of milk and other auspicious items. The remnants of this abhiseka (bathing) are like nectar. Gopal Bhatta Goswami’s other shalagram-shilas are worshiped on the altar here. The appearance place of the Sri Radha-Raman Deity is next to the temple. Radha-Ramanji is one of the few original Deities of the Goswami’s still in Vrindavana. The standard of worship in this temple is very high. . The wooden sitting place (Choki) and the shawl (chaddar) that was gifted to him by Lord Chaitanya also find their place within this temple. These can be seen six times a year. Gopal Batta’s Samadhi is located here. The fires for cooking in the temple kitchen have been burning continuously since the Deity was installed over 470 years ago.

Sri Radha Madan Mohan Temple
This famous temple was established by Srila Sanatan Gosvami and was the first red stone temple to be built in Vrindavan, which at that time was just a forest. It stands at a height of 60 foot. The original Deity of Madana-Mohana was taken to Karauli (Rajasthan ) in the year1670 for safety during the attack on Vrindavan by the soldiers of the fanatical Muslim Emperor, Aurangzeb.
At the foothills, there is yet another Madan Mohan Temple that is far newer and is believed to have been built by Sri Nand Kumar Bose of Bengal. Here too Madan Mohan deities are worshipped.
Sri Radha Vallabh Temple
Another very popular temple of Vrindavan which was founded by Sri Harivamsa Gosvami, who started the Radha Vallabha sect emphasizing devotion to Radharani. In this temple, there is no deity of Radharani, but a crown has been placed next to Krishna to signify her presence. The original temple of Sri Radha Vallabha was destroyed by the Muslims in 1670 and a new temple was built beside the old one.
People of all caste, creed and religion come here in order to pay their highest tribute to the love-lorn souls, Radha-Krishna.
Sri Govind Dev Temple, Vrindavan
Govind Dev Temple is one of the most sought after Holy Places in Vrindavan. The temple is a specimen of advanced archeology. It was constructed in 1590 by Raja Man Singh of Amber. It was sacked during the Mughal era by Aurangzeb who in one of his demolition spree destroyed the upper four floors. The ceiling of the main hall is decorated with a sculptured lotus which weighs over several ton. Now the temple lies empty and without any embellishment as such.
The original deity of Sri Govind Dev ji now in city palace of Jaipur.
Sri Radha Damodar Temple
This is one of the most important temples in Vrindavan. The original deity was hand carved by Rupa Gosvami and given as a gift to his beloved disciple, Jiva Gosvami, who later built a temple here. Formerly this spot was in the middle of Seva-kunja and it was the bhajana (where he sang devotional songs) place of Rupa Gosvami.
The Samadhi of Srila Rupa Gosvami, Srila Jiva Gosvami and Srila Krishna Dasa Kaviraj Gosvami are all located within the precincts of the temple. The bhajan place of Jiva Goswami is also inside the premises of the temple.
Sri Gopesvar Mahadev Mandir
The Siva-linga in this temple was installed by Vajranabha, the great grandson of Krishna.
As the name suggests, the Sri Gopesvara Mahadeva Mandir, enshrines Lord Mahadeva. For the Shaivaites, it is a great privilege to visit this temple. A visit to this temple is said to remove pains and pangs of life and so if you are an ardent follower of Lord Shiva, then you should have a visit to this temple at least once in your lifetime
Sri Radha Madhav Mandir (Jaipur Mandir)
One of Vrindavan’s most opulent temples, it was built by the Maharaja of Jaipur, Sawai Madhav, in 1917 after 30 years of labour. The fine hand-carved sandstone is of unparalleled workmanship, the huge pillars that hold up the roof are each carved from one solid rock, and the intricately fashioned marble on the altar is reminiscent of the Mughal period. The Maharaja financed the railway line that connects Vrindavana with Mathura, just for the purpose of hauling the huge pieces of sandstone used in the temple construction. The deities worshipped here are Sri Sri Radha-Madhava, Ananda-bihari and Hansa-gopala.
Sri Radha Gokulanand Temple
Here is the Radha-Vinod Deities of Lokanath Goswami, Radha-Gokulananda Deities of Viswanath Cakravarti, and Caitanya Mahaprabhu Deity of Narottama Dasa Thakur, Vijaya Govinda Deities of Baladeva Vidyabhusana, and the Govardhan-shila given to Raghunath Dasa Goswami by Sri Caitanya. Also, the samadhis of Srila Lokanath Goswami, Srila Narrottama Dasa Thakura, and Viswanath Cakravarti Thakura lie here.

Shahji Temple
Shahji Temple, Vrindavan is one of the best known Holy Places in Vrindavan. The temple is unique in its own way and has gained a lot of popularity due to its magnificent construction. This has been constructed by the wealthy merchant by the name Shah Kundan Lal of Lukhnow. This was done in the year 1876. . It has spiral columns each 15 feet high. You can also come across the magnificent Belgian Glass chandeliers at the Basanti Kamra – the darbar hall. There are some striking paintings as well which adorn the interior of the temple.
